more focus needs to be applied to advancing engineers. Better leaders are needed in Engineering and the VP needs to step aside and let someone else run the show. He will be the issue if this ship continues to sink

Fire upper management and start over. They are running this place into the ground on a daily basis. The director for HR is rude and clueless and trying to run this place like a dictatorship. Her little minions up in the office do not have a clue either.

my experience used to be great but recently the company is headed in the wrong direction. Directors do not direct, they ride the coat tails of their employees, add stress to their work environments and will throw them under the bus

HOSHIZAKI DOESNT DO ENOUGH TO RETAIN TOP TALENT. 2 WEEK VACATION IS A REAL KILLER IN THIS SITUATION. YOU CAN GET A JOB AT A COMPANY RIGHT BESIDE HOSHIZAKI AND MAKE MORE AND HAVE MORE VACATION STARTING OUT
