more focus needs to be applied to advancing engineers. Better leaders are needed in Engineering and the VP needs to step aside and let someone else run the show. He will be the issue if this ship continues to sink

my experience used to be great but recently the company is headed in the wrong direction. Directors do not direct, they ride the coat tails of their employees, add stress to their work environments and will throw them under the bus
