After the DEI training, I can no longer confidently recommend others to work here. Most of it was acceptable and I support, but it presented only selective views to be inclusive too. The equity will lead to further decrease in employee effectiveness and increase in benefits that only benefit some.

Removal/ adjustment of max pay limits. This is an incentive for veteran, skilled, and high-producing employees to seek opportunities elsewhere.

Removal/ adjustment of max pay limits. The pay rate isn't poor, but when you are maxed out, every year I'm making less than the year before.

Maximum pay rate limits. Even with high evaluation scores and increased responsibilities, it feels disheartening for there to be little room for advancement, even if the actual pay rate is acceptable.
