For the most part it has a team environment.

The most positive is our sales driven RSD that helps us each day.

When we create new customers and winning at expanding our product line up into existing customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if I were paid what the last hired were brought in at for same job title.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That is a tough question considering they have failed at having supply to meet demand and our competition is making huge headway each day to take our marketshare.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm fairly certain new employees with the same position as I, have been hired on at salary that is higher than my current salary. I also would like to see a higher company match on our 401K.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be an effort in transparency but it has a ways to go. Diffidently better than previous leadership though. They do seem willing to listen but I'm not sure how much value is given to what we say. They all seem to be good people.
