That I can be myself. If I am not having a great day, its ok. I know that I am not perfect, and I dont have to pretend to be perfect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my leadership team cares about my personal development and my opinion/ideas matter. Instead of my ideas being put down, I am challenged with re-thinking about my ideas to fit in to the work environment we are in. I definitely value that they trust me to get the job done when given.
