Coworkers. A good bunch of coworkers. Everything else I'm meh about.

Trust and open understanding. Easy to work with and work thru problems.

Very competent. Easy and steadfast. Drama free for my immediate team.

My direct supervisor is an excellent boss. Everyone above that seems to be average.

What do I like best? Can't think of anything I would define as "best".

Everyone is a professional and works hard. We make a point of getting along.

I like the new bonus schedule, and I also like the all hands meeting on Mondays.

My coworkers are great. We are a team and work hard to make things move forward.

Keeping the company running and profitable is important. That's the reason we all stay employed even during Covid.

Seems to be doing okay. I don't really know enough about what the do to form an honest opinion.

My immediate team is great. The leadership within the department is doing the best they can without being able to discipline anyone.

Competent and respectful are how I think of them. The average would be much better if the terrible employees would get removed.

My coworkers are great. Look forward to them daily. Still need to cut out the bad apples and underperformers who take advantage.

Most are top tier. We do have a couple of useless ones that cause more problems then they're worth. We should be able to do peer reviews.

My manager is the best boss I've ever had. His counterpart in the department is more upwards looking and political. I don't think retention is important to him.

It manages to keep it's doors open. Stability is a great corporate trait. Knowing the place is not going to shut down at any moment is very comforting.

Most of my team is excellent, but the average if my team as a whole is mediocre. A few under performers causes far more issues than any value they offer.

I like my Manager. He seem sincere and fair. The directors seem out of touch. One of them has a side business he spends all his time and company resources on.

Hard workers who are always will to help. My department has a few all starts, some middle of the road, and then some worthless people who take advantage of almost everything.

I like how upper management gives themselves promotions every year. Senior this, senior that, senior vice president, national vice president. I asked one what his new job was about. He said he didn't know what he would be doing.

Most are very smart and personable. Focused hard workers. We have a couple of bad eggs that drags everyone down, even if workers don't work with them directly. They take advantage of everything and the bad work ethic with no consequences makes people question why not me too.
