We have a lot of different personalities, but everyone gets along well.

Getting into situations in which I learn or am taught something new.

Most of the leadership team seem to be very friendly, approachable and cooperative.

Everyone tackles things as a group. We all give great support constructive feedback.

They are all approachable. I feel comfortable reaching out to them if I need something.

They seem to be open and have been kind in every interaction I've had with them.

I do not perceive any sense of hierarchy based on pay grades, or status within the company.

The company is slowly but surely making strides to be the best place to work for its employees.

Very approachable, open, and candid. They set clear goals and implement ways to achieve them. They make clear efforts to include and get to know their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The supply chain shortage is a major stressor that I believe everyone feels. Whenever this has passed, I believe a weight will be lifted off everyone's shoulders.

There is a lot of emphasis on the happiness of the employees in manufacturing. I wish that there was an equal effort for employees in the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is mutual respect on our team. Everyone has a different set of skills they bring to the table. Our team is filled with good people who double as good employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I put in a lot of work for the position I am in and don't get paid fairly for it. As a salaried employee who does not qualify for childcare reimbursement, I wish there were more incentives I was eligible to take part in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay has not really changed since I started despite having more responsibility, more workload, and increasing my quality of work. There are no incentive programs directed towards me, no opportunities to work from home, and I do not feel like I am given many opportunities for career development.
