Bonuses, paid leave and base salary is about 15% with my experience in other companies outside Atlanta areas.

More vacation pay , more PTO, Christmas to new Years break off and paid, better bonus and better pay.

Lots of work, work 50 hours a week for same pay. Need better salaries and bonuses to keep personnel.

Due to less people in the workforce, to feel appreciated more compensation, and vacation days compared to companies in the PTC and Griffin areas.
