I see no option for advancement. I do not have opportunities to learn something new. I have been 3 years with the company and have been under four different managers. None of them were aware of my overall contribution to the company because they are not familiar with the scope of my work.

No opportunities for growth. Have lost motivation due to continuous efforts being undervalued and "ignored" by management.

The best part of the compensation package is the salary which I believe it is competitive in the job market and the semi-annual bonuses.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There has been a big turnover and we continuously get new people who are less and less interested in the work or interaction. Most co-workers come to work for the paycheck.

Listen to advise and suggestion about improving work related processes. . Study the market and see what competitors are offering to their employees. Encourage and support work-life balance.
