Compensation across the board needs review and improvement.

Most of them are very caring and nice.

Employee compensation continues to be very unbalanced. There has been improvement, but it is still an issue.

The new travel policy is the opposite of showing appreciation for the employees who go above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the leadership team members truly care about the employees. The (newest) President appears to be a genuine leader.
