Moral is at an all time low, and stress levels at an all time high mostly due to the supply chain issues, but mostly the confusing management fallout due to those issues.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Somewhere, somehow, reflection meetings need to be had in the midst of the chaos that exists at the moment. HA needs to become less reactive and more responsive to the challenges we are experiencing this year.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers sometimes miss opportunities to consider other views and opinions when pushing their agendas through. I feel that short "round table", consensus building conversations are not happening. I think there is a culture at HA that limits candor which creates missed opportunities.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to invest in a better inventory and IT system to enable us to check stock in all locations, see what is available for sale to be able to move current inventory out, operations and sales needs to come together with some synergy. They are currently pitted against each other in tugawar.
