It has been up and down. I'm very grateful for the team I'm on. My manager and teammates have been awesome during this challenging time. Work has been very stressful and hard to balance at times.

they are very helpful and supportive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that a few are listening and actively trying to change things, but as a whole it has been very challenging with our leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That's a very hard question to answer at this time. I feel that we are lacking in regards to the ideologies that are being promoted which is collaboration, communication, transparency, support and trust.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
lack of communication, transparency, trust and support. Providing accurate information in the field for team members and customers. Listening to the needs of your outside team members. Having regular check-ins to see how things are going
