This is a job, not my family or my entire life. I come in to do my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
DC leadership team is great. Corporate leadership doesn't take into account processes that are supposed to work across more than just manufacturing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Corporate/Manufacturing leadership doesn't listen to the DC's or the employees that work in them. Nothing says "we thank our employees" better than a stale cookie and a lame T-shirt mailed out 2 weeks late.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This entire "Easy to Do Business With" endeavor is a joke. Corporate Accounting holding long time large customers over an application is the exact opposite. Nothing says easy customer service like "you don't get your orders because we changed how we do things at Hoshizaki".
