Great although work load is extremely heavy. Expectations are high that will have a good work/life balance sometime in the future.

Overall, a good company to work for but feel opportunities are limited if not well liked by members of senior management. Feel looked down upon due to status. People are treated differently and not fairly. Management can get away with things they would never let an employee get away with.
