I am not paid market value for my area; I would need to be compensated at a competitive rate for my area.

I appreciate that my leadership, direct manager, listens to me and values my ideas and opinions. Being supported is very important to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very nice and easy to talk to. Most of the members of my team are very helpful and are willing to pitch in when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am below the pay range for my position and area per salary websites. I would feel better about my compensation if it was more in line with the regional norms.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the profit share bonus that are paid out throughout the year and our options for medical coverage. Although I would hope that weight loss drugs will be included in our medical formulary in the near future.
