I have been here almost four years. Ive had some ups and downs, however I feel I have overcome my obstacles. I feel good management is the key for a successful company and this I feel the DC lacks. I'm a strong believer that a manager should always do more to build a great team, and I see laziness!

The laid back atmosphere. Everyone seems to get along

We are just that....a TEAM! We are a great bunch.

Communication is the key. Leadership takes all and everything under consideration.

Its fast pace with not much down time. Makes my day go fast.

My team shows up. They strive to do the best they can on a daily bases.

I like that Kara Meade has taken ownership and trying to make the DC a better place.

Following the flow chart there is no leadership, I feel I'm the leadership that keeps the office together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do my best to keep a positive culture and environment for myself and all co-works regardless of department.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fast pace, my co-workers, and the fact that I can bring moral to the TEAM to show appreciation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team loves the morale we set in place. Everyone tries to help in all areas if needed. We are family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are family. Being a small bunch, we interact with one another 40 plus hours a week. This becomes more than just co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have made a made two, going on three lateral moves within the company with no compensation. My work load and responsibilities have increased.

I've been self-taught, I wear several hats, and I seem to be the only one everyone feels comfortable with on all issues to get resolved.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I consider my work family. As a supervisor I pick up the broken pieces on day-to-day upsets to make a better place to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel being short staffed I have to wear multiple hates. I've taken on many roles and would really have the title of the roles I have encountered.
