When I first started, I learned quite a bit very quickly and felt that my opportunities for growth were good. That now seems to have stalled and now it seems as though valuable knowledge obtained is going to waste. I have select tasks to do each day and it has become a little monotonous.

We work well together and there is a real team effort in getting things accomplished.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that understanding is there when I have a desperate situation such as when there is car troubles, have an illness, etc.
