I believe the people make the culture. Most are friendly and work hard towards the same goal.

I have had the fortune of working with great people in many locations. However, H.A. has some of the best coworkers that I've had the opportunity to work with.

The culture seems open and inclusive. People may not always have an immediate answer but I think they do have the customers concern at heart and actively try to think of solutions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and health insurance. The vacation limitation does make the package some what uncompetitive because it causes you to go backwards in your career accomplishments but that isn't a deal breaker for everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't feel that there is a wall dividing people. I know Chris is busy but I feel that I could walk up to him and hold a conversation on any topic. I believe that is the case is other executives also.
