What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing is working with the people you like to work with, but when you work with people who don't help, the environment becomes frustrating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the part of the payment I see it unfair. I am a person who is one year and 3 months old and I am earning $13.74 and other people who are starting out earn up to $15 an hour and as a person I have to train them, I feel like it is a slap in the face that they give me when I realize what they earn.
