We work well together even though we're all very different. Each of us brings a variety of skills the others don't have.

They realize that I create my own schedules so there is no need to micromanage and we are aligned with the direction of my area.

Allow me to work on projects that I am interested in along with my other duties. I appreciate the opportunity to bring forward my ideas and they are always considered, whether they are approved or not.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All benefits great except, 1 area where the company lacks and that is vacation allowance. I have been in this industry for over 30 years but get the minimum vacation. Employees that started here 30 years ago get 5 weeks vacation. I brought a ton of experience to this company through those years.
