A comfortable continuous fall-back residency in mediocrity.
Overall, we are valued accordingly with our roles. Working at this company is not celebration, nor worth remembrance, even if it has been your life. The company is a tool beaten by employees, not a family strengthened, set up to endure. It is mostly bitter and less sweet. But, we make the best of it
Overall experience: soul-crushing. In moments we are able to open up and tackle challenges with minimal restriction, but this is a publicly traded company - our core values are frugalness and low risk. Our products do not inspire or lead or attempt to do so. We have to find meaning only day by day
2 annual bonuses plus a true-up
enthusiasm, imagination, reasonable, driven, inquisitive
Their indifference and apathy in place of stereotypical bias
401K matching, amount of contribution
be a little bit inspirational
if we're treated as expendable, it should cost more.
Shared company vision and feedback
flexibility of time off and flexibility in creating a workspace
being genuine and less obviously manipulative would be a big help
equal parking opportunity and opportunity for alternative vehicle (motorcycle, golf-cart, bicycle) commuting
The development of solutions which are important to the company from beginning research to fabrication to implementation
Specifically, the promotion of people to the leadership team that have very-much deserved the promotion for a long time
Flexible time off, periodic employee events organized by the HR & GA teams, genuine desire to keep high quality (although sometimes stifled due to expense)
The company is treated like a cash tree. It should be treated and cared for (maintained) like an expensive high-output machine that we're proud of.
make less assumptions be realistic in their reasoning see the bigger pictures have more drive to develop themselves promote a higher level of technical skill.
Their capabilities are well beyond the company demands. Their backgrounds have afforded them stories that are entertaining, awe-inspiring and generally things that the company itself could not provide on its own.
developing personal skills exploring ideas having breakfast at the cafeteria challenging myself with difficult people making progress toward making more money for the company and in turn for myself.
imagination, ownership, driven-ness, for-the-good-of-the-company mentality, interest in efficiency and quality. How to work better together -develop employee's knowledge of best practices beyond what's required & allow access to tools for the development of better systems (software & hardware)
We are far overpaid for our duties. It's like a back-handed compliment every pay period. Money appearing in the account sarcastically says, "thanks for all of your hard work!". Valuing us better may look more like relaxing internal processes - more control, more risk, more flex to follow up change
Our products are the type that are better left unseen, unheard, and untouched for many customers. Most of our customers don't love OUR product. They either love the idea that it is a Japanese company so they give their trust or they're sick of the competition. Low cost companies have the opportunity

Thank you for taking time to complete our quarterly survey, we appreciate your constructive feedback. We are working on incorporating more employee engagement events, as well as different types of training to help advance the careers of our employees.
