Increase pay and respect. Managers go out of their way to disrespect their employees.

They explain what is going on and make me feel like a part of it.

They need to stop acting like babies and being jealous. Management needs to discipline unruly employees.

The sense of accomplishment and making a living. Also, getting to meet and work with new people.

Show respect to senior employees. Give better pay to senior employees instead of all the policies favoring new people.

I think I am underpaid for what I do. I would feel better if I had a significant raise.

I think my pay is low for the work position I have. I would like to be paid more.

Increase pay rates and show more respect to employees not just as a broad statement that means nothing but to each individual.

Many people doing jobs that aren't as important or as skilled as mine receive higher wages. I would like to earn more.

I think I'm underpaid for my experience and education. Management gave raises to others after the pandemic but not to some. Unequal treatment.

I think I should be compensated for my education and experience. The company has my pay equal to others that don't have my experience.

There are no opportunities to advance and make more money. I perform developmental tests on our bestselling units, and I feel like my skill level is undervalued.

The company gave raises to every other employee except for me because I'm a different kind of hourly. I have a college education but they pay people off the street the same as me.

My manager only recently learned that I have a college degree, so I think I've been undervalued. They pay me the same as other technicians that don't have nearly the education or experience that I have.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Management is trying to make Hoshizaki a better place to work. I wish they would understand for many like me the pay is everything. The childcare and many other benefits don't help me at all. They give big raises to assembly workers but none to the non-direct.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to be rewarded for my knowledge and experience. The company gives every other hourly employee in the factory an incentive raise except for me. The company will show more respect to a stranger off the street than someone who has been loyal to the company.
