I believe our department is undervalued in the work that is done at times. The additional tasks that are being done are largely related to the pandemic.

With the challenges that we have had to face in the last two years with adapting to changes and coming up with solutions, I do feel as though I could be compensated more for the contributions to the over repour of the company.
