I GIVE 110% BUT THE PAY DOES NOT REFLECT MY VALUE

I look forward to coming to work. I consider my coworkers as my work family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately, my complaint would be we are underpaid by the living standards in our state.

If I have questions, I know I can ask. My supervisor and manager are very approachable.

We are work family. We come to work, do what we need to do and help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The economy has gone up but pay stays the same, which was low to begin with. Love the people I work with and what I do but if pay doesn't go up, I'll be forced to look elsewhere in order to make ends meet.
