I'm the most happiest when I receive feedback from customers telling me their end users' restaurants / businesses are doing well and we helped them get there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to improve their attitudes and work ethics. I would like to see everyone work together, raise each other up, work toward the common goal rather than treat this place as a punishment to come to everyday.
