Train them properly. Standing around and talking is unprofessional and unproductive!

Hire people that want to work. Enforce a fair and professional dress code.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People always feel undervalued and no amount of money will make it better. Inflation is rampant and everyone is struggling.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Enforce a dress code. Looking at men's underwear all day is unprofessional and not pleasant. Make supervisors accountable for knowing their lines, models, and components. Train your employees better!
