Not very happy with overall issues not being dealt with and feeling depressed with the situations it causes

Pull their workload and quit riding on "I have a degree"

Distrust in most of the management and too many lies between.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Disciplining wrongful employees and management instead of promoting and following through with reporting onvestigations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and the leadership as well as old benefits need to be reviewed and some brought back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
End up doing 3 times the work others do and set and watch them play on phones/computers all day when your expected to do your job and another since they havent replaced a couple worker and the manager don't pull his weight as the director says it should be 50/50 on workload...
