I'm happy to say that I have a job with great benefits. I've had good day, and bad. I'm happy that when a issue occur, that I can freely go and talk to upper management to get issues resolved, with little consequence. I definitely know that Hoshizaki is a place to retire from, if it's God's will

Supervisor and coordinator needs better training, favoritism, putting too much work on certain employees and could be better utilizing people's skills

When I come to work and do a good job and do what's needed to make the lines run and the different people I meet

Need to hire more bilingual people cause communication is at a all time low ..it's hard to communicate with people that don't speak or understand ur language

The HR team handke situation in a timely manner, and they seem to care when people come in to complain and definitely get down to resolve the issued

I've held down AM packing with under 5 returns with my name on it. Can work anywhere on AM and other lines, and I work hard and care that I want to do a great job while I'm there. Hard work don't pay off, and it would be nice to pay me WHAT I HAVE EARNED, and not what's decided on what I get
