They wont make me level 3 Fabricator despite the fact that i work in multiple departments

It would be awesome if they quit and were replaced by more competent and friendly coworkers

One of my coworkers puts on an excessive amout of cologne everyday and this makes it difficult to breathe

A lot of events are centered around 1st shift and their availability; 2nd and 3rd shifts get left out

Honestly, I wish I could go back to working 5 days a week instead of four. My preference, but not a dealbreaker
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Once im informed of my daily tasks, the coordinator and managers leave me alone and let me go to town. I love this.

Like i was saying, hire people qualified for the job. Someone here was just hired that has zero work experience except for fast food.

The previous question was how often am i bored at work - ALLOW BLUETOOTH EARBUDS for everyone except people riding vehicles or using power jacks.

When I started at Hoshizaki we didn't have vision insurance and of course we do now. Im pretty happy about this. Also I like our health insurance generally
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Im worried about the future seemingly constantly because we can't get copper and/or parts in. Last i heard the Evap dept has enough copper to get through the week......then what?

A few coworkers weasel their way out of doing work; my shift overlaps with the previous shift and when I come a certain coworker is supposed to be helping me and working in this specific area, but this person is often away talking to other people. employees on this shift will leave more difficult wo
