I love with I do here because I get a chance to EnterAct with all the product that is built here in this factory and hope that I made a different in making this the number 1 Ice machines in the world.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have always tried to give a 100% to the company when I not compensated for it.

They care about t my supervisor really cares about his employees and always looking for a way to better yourself within the company

I feel like we are under paid with the cost of living expenses have gone up so high, the pay check just don't cover all the expense it take to care ours family. It took the pandemic for us to be given the incentive pay and 3rd shift 40% pay increase that I am so Thankful. I do believe days of comin
