Good place to work but if you don't know the right people then you might be overlooked
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Hoshizaki has been a very good place to work. Seeing the growth and improvements with our products improve for our customers. Of course, 30 yrs. experience shows how much I enjoy working here. I'm so ready to manage and have an impact in helping people want to work here.

I like that there is a few great people that can really make Hoshizaki the best place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For some reason I have been denied promotions and held at my current position. I have over 30 years at Hoshizaki and have been denied any kind of advancement. It's a real disappointment. I do my best every day and try to help people whenever I get the chance. Why does this happen?
