Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I very much enjoy my job and I am grateful for the benefits we receive. I hate the thought that I will probably have to go elsewhere within the next couple years because of how underpaid we are. Also, the pay difference between supervisors and managers at my DC is too small and it is unfair.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The only thing that would make me leave this job is the unfairness in pay. That may eventually force me out, unfortunately, as I love this job and I'm good at it. But it's not a living wage in my part of the country.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have loved working for this company for years and years. The way HR has handled Loanne Freedlund's behavior is a disgrace and many of us feel betrayed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay doesn't correlate with the cost of living in my area of the country. It would be good money for someone living in GA, but we are severely underpaid up here. Same jobs in our area offer much higher salaries.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our pay does not reflect our cost of living. It is much more expensive to live here than it is in Georgia and our pay should be adjusted to account for that. We make the same as Starbucks employees in our area.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If the company didn't pay the same across the country for the same positions - COST OF LIVING NEEDS TO BE FACTORED IN - $20 an hour in GA is very good pay, $20 in CA or the northeast is unsustainable for living below the poverty line.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

HR allows bullying. The VP of Finance is a terrorist and should have been fired MONTHS ago - she bullies dozens of people in Corporate and the DCs. Loyal long-term workers are not valued but this one new awful person is. It's a terrible shame.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay rate does not reflect the cost of living in my part of the country. It would be great pay for Georgia where minimum wage is 7.25 - it is mediocre pay where I live, where minimum wage is 15.00. We get paid on par with Starbucks counter employees in our town. PAY RATES NEED TO BE ADJUSTED
