I feel valued by my leaders and appreciated by my coworkers, There is still things that need improvement, but we seem to be moving toward those changes, so far I feel good where I am, management needs to be more careful not to demotivate a good employee by allowing bad behavior from others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for the position I current hold is below other companies in the market, Economy continues to raise the value of everything and a lot of companies due to this are moving to remote or hybrid environments while us are still trying to hold on having desk employees at the office.
