During my many years here I've been let down by management, told I was nothing, called fat by my boss, had racial remarks made to me by my boss, segregated due to my choice on vaccination/non-vaccination, told this company would be better off if I "just quit". That's how my experience has been.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop talking about caring and start actually caring. A man can fit words in his mouth to say anything. It's his actions that prove what's in his heart.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The "Leadership" of this company made a decision to award the new employees with added pay, leaving the seasoned employees with no benefits. Most employees here are struggling in this economy while Hoshizaki's profits exceeded last years projections by millions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is simple. Stop hiring people that don't want to work. This company has let go or ran off most of the good talent. Find good managers and hold them accountable. Most of my bosses either don't want to help or are completely incompetent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Starting from the top down, people need to start caring more for other's than they do themselves. VP's can get up and give big speeches about how they love us but it's time they start acting like it. We need actual management in this company and not these people playing management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Facilities are in shambles, quality is poor, moral is low, and this place is basically a circus. Let me reiterate. This is a circus with the clowns running the show. Studies have been done about this and they show more employees quit because of their boss more than any other reason. Management......
