There's been a lot of changes in the past few years; some good and some bad. Overall, the benefits and little extras keep good people around. But a little more help, appreciation, and keep up with the hourly and childcare incentives make it a place to want to stay.

I love this company but the changes at the factory that have been made in the past few years have negatively affected the DCs. Love the benefits. Love most of the people.

Better training would be a first move.

A job description would be a great first move. Help and understanding that I'm only one person.

If new hires were not brought on at a higher rate or similar rate as others when they aren't qualified.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When sales were down from Covid the higher ups did what they could to take care of everyone with flat bonuses. It was a sad year but that helped!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of help/staff has led to others, including myself, taking on additional tasks and having higher stress. Hiring or a pay commensurate with additional tasks would help in retention across the board.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Keep in mind that bored does not equal workload. Someone can be bored with the work that they are doing and still be constantly moving. Recognition. I don't think everyone participates in the icebreakers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay increase to match the massive jump that Texas saw this past year would be amazing. Otherwise, very little recognition. And why does the factory get perks and the DCs don't? And then it gets broadcasted to everyone and the DCs know what they are missing out on.
