Quit standing around talking and getting paid for it and help fellow employees

My leadership team keeps turning a blind eye to what's going on in our department

We have a great plant mgr who is making things better for the company and employees

Communication, and our coordinator does nothing but sit at the desk and tap on the phone all day

Pride in our workplace builds quality not only in our products but also the job that we do Together as a Team

Supervisors and coordinators should spend more time on the production floor. Coordinator spends too much time on his phone that is not work related

Our new hires have been here for over 3 months and still just stand around doing nothing and getting paid for it. We complain to our supervisors about it and nothing gets done
