Not much. Most the people here are miserable but need a paycheck.

Stop standing around and talking. Stop gossiping. Be professional and pull up your damn pants!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The 6 month inventory is a joke. We count everything and there no data entry or reconciliation. How can you run a business without a proper inventory? WTF! Stop hiring outside for positions that these bozos are unqualified for. Experience from within from the ground up is a better way.
