my overall experience has been well worth the 9 years I have been an employee with the company. I have worked in 3 departments and each department has allowed me the freedom to implement new ideas. my leaders have provided me with the tools needed to be successful

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally do not feel undervalued. I feel like the actions I put behind the work I do and the time I put in does not align with the salary for this position outside of HA.
