I really like my company, and enjoy my job, I do have some concerns about the current shift premium pay scale. The issue is that the uncertainty of keeping the shift schedule that I will have to seek employment elsewhere if my current rate cannot be maintained.

Cutthroat and mismanaged. You never know what tomorrow will bring other than no inventory and missed production numbers blamed on the line workers
