Rewarding the loyal, hard workers and not their buddies or lazy employees!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard every day. I always do more than is asked of me. I'm always willing to jump in where I'm needed!! There are employees that started way after I did and make a couple of dollars more than I do! Just the position I have should start pay off at more than what I make now after 5 years! Pay!!
