I love working here but the management is bad the communication is worse no one is on the same page throughout the place

I really dont see anything positive anymore

We are all still learning and we help each other outwhit bo problem
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel this way because they always shifting people from side to side it food to cross train but not the while plant at once i think they most people think my job is easy its not im think im underpaid for what i do because who i am
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think the leadership team needs to come the assembly floor and see what goes on they always send someone else and the person goes back with bad information for the leadership team they should talk to the workers themselves and they will see better and betters ways to go foward
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel that there are no more standards we need discipline the leadership team need to get a grip let supervision have power again everyone wants to do waht they want to and stop letting this one guy walkkng around saying he can so everything and not Finnish not one thing yet
