In the beginning it was good now it's all downhill
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a job making money to feed my children
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication logistic been honest about what's really going on in the company not trying to cover things up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get an extra $4 incentive so I am working with people that are making more money than me and I've been there longer than them and I have proven my skill level is higher than theirs. I don't understand how that is fair.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve on being consistent with their Quality. They need better training about their job requirement and they need a support team no one there to support them coordinator, supervisor or superintendent everybody just worry about production numbers not quality they want quantity
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need honest Communication. It is all about smoke and mirrors right now the company is looking very sad I have been with this company for a decade and I never seen it this way very unorganized Logistic . Lack of trust when it comes to your team leaders
