Learning something new that can keep me at a steady pace.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work together okay but my work ethic is compromised when they are allowed to work as they please.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to stay positive about every situation. My supervisor is very concerned and shows that she cares for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am dependable, hard working, and always trying to follow the rules but it's hard when others are allowed to as they please.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The way that things are done to slow others down so that the lines can catch up. At inventory time is the worst time for the company to slow down.
