Being around negative people all day long can really be draining. Hire better quality people.

Moral of the people everyone always worry about what the co worker instead of just doing their job.

My year of great service and pay don't match. People that haven't been here as long as me is making more money or pretty much the same. And that is insulting.

Respect. That a good question how can you work better with people that you know don't wanna work or just think they can just come in and do what they want and worry about what the next person is not doing.

well considering all the years i have been here working 15 + i know my pay should be more than it is considering im someone who never gets in trouble no write ups excellent worker i know my pay should be more.
