Better pay and better equipment such as the mats that we stand on.

Better raises, and not have to use your PTO to make up hours when it's the companies fault for sending us home.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Music Relaxing station and remove the games. During my lunch I want to eat in peace. Not hear anybody knocking a ball around and making all kinds of noise
