I have been here about 5 months now and I really enjoy working here. I like and respect our supervisors. They do try their best to make sure we are taken care of.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
After six months of working Hoshizaki, I will that my experience has been greatly satisfying. It's a fast pace and work under pressure every day to keep up when we are short staffed. But I do love a challenge and try to stay positive regardless of the situation.

The team care for each other.

I like that they have our best interests in mind

It makes me happy when we have the parts on hand that the customer needs.

We care for each other as people, we do understand that things can happen outside of work and try to work with us.

Being able to be an important part of the team. I love helping people and customer service is one of my strongest qualities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have completed my time as a temp last month (December). I was told I was going to become permanent in January. As of now, I am still a temp without any benefits. Insurance for me and my son is my biggest concern at the moment.

I have been a temp for over six months now. Still waiting to be brought on board. I do love my job and the people I work with. But I would like to know that my job is secure and that my skills are valued. I give my best each day for the betterment of the company.
