We work as a team helping each other and the communication is always there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel under valued but i wished we could get compensated better for our jobs

Most of my co-workers and able to help customers with their needs and shipping, shipping, shipping :)

My supervisor and Director make the work environment great and actually listen to our concerns and help us with any questions we have.

We work together to get things done and help each other so we don't feel overwhelm with all the work we have to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As managers, they have the responsibility to lead and manage our team in a professional manner, support us, and help us in times of need or short-handed like we are now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I face a number of challenges and feel demoralized and unsupported because as an employee, I don't feel support from my superiors. Also, a way to make things better is getting paid more and having the support to be able to do my job.
