It's fun and challenging. Everyday we learn something new. But there are times where management changes things up just to change everything back to how it was in the first place. It can be frustrating at times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much. Just that I can joke with some of my peers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat us with respect and dont make us feel like we are lease then they are. They treat us fairly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay is good. But the childcare incentive should be a permanent thing. Once the summer incentive and childcare incentive is gone, it'll be hard to find anyone to watch our children especially if we don't make enough to not only pay our bills, but pay them to watch our children as well.
