I have been held back. My hands and parts of my body hurt. When i tell them they do nothing. Got ahold of HR nothing was done then either . I was told to apply for a position on the site. No transfer to a different position. I was told a spot was hiring i try that. Not accepted!

I don't know how many times I need to explain things on here. The experience at Hoshizaki America for me is hard to say it's been good, but I cannot say it has been bad. I can say that I have been ignored and treated poorly by upper management.

They seem to care about us.

I work next to another woman that is a very hard worker . Her and I have the same values. We are not lazy and we don't want to push our work on anyone else..

Controle the environment! Feels like all that it is for most is a big party. I cant leave my hair down BUT so many have there breads down to the butt and nothing is done. The rules should be the same for everyone!!!!

Well, I have not received a raise since my evaluation. A raise would definitely make a person feel better about their value to a company. Somebody could actually listen when a person tells them something instead of just blowing them off like they're stupid.

The best thing about Hoshizaki America is the bennifits. The environment and the culture is not good. I am surrounded by people that say GOD'S name in vain constently. I am so tired of hearing all that. Even my manager says it all the time.

I have already said how this could be improved. The upper management in the company could actually listen to the employees when they tell you that they are being picked on when they are being harassed due to race. It might be nice to be heard by somebody.

Listen to employees when they say they are hurting due to the job they are doing. Help employees move ahead with there careers at Hoshizaki America. I and others would love to further there careers. Move around the company for more experience. But are held back due too doing a good job in one spot.

Not sure where the leadership begins or ends. I have been what i feel is harassed, Picked on, And ignored. I have spoke to people about several things that has happened to me by other workers and nothing has been done. I guess the leader ship team could start by actually leading. Listening to people

I and several others have been at assembly1 since we have been at Hoshizaki. I know every line in the wharehouse and should be allowed another title. If raises come with upgrade of title maybe thats why we dont get the uoprade. As GREAT employees dont get very good raises either. We should be valued

I work with a lot of lazy people. They push there work on me and others. Im so tired of this happening. These others are treated as they are valued. THEY ARE LAZY! I have seen many come and be let go. Pointed out! But others are allowed to stay after they point out. I dont get it!
