I started in 2014 I have had over eight different supervisor. two superintendent lied to me I have had to go to HR and get truthful information the Integrity of this company is terrible. No accountability everyone is throwing each other under the bus

A long over 10 years roller coaster a lot of inconsistencies a lot of dishonest a lot of play with words from upper management president cos and superintendent lack of communication

It have been a rocket one I had work for this company for over 10 years and all my supervisor and leader of not trusting people I have had to go to HR on my superintendent for lion my supervisor lying and the only solution to that is to put me in a different department not to get rid of the people

Having employment it's the best thing about this company the morale is low because people are tired being lied to underpaid and underappreciated

Communication truthful information Building trust with your team stop lying to them they need to be open and honest with what going on every day

I cannot think of anything positive about the culture and environment at the company only positive thing for me is I have a job that I could get paid weekly

Honesty the leadership in this building is very dishonest and not transparent me everyone to be on one board not saying politics who can make someone look bad to make they self look good that's what it's all about in this building

Communication honesty Integrity transparency there's a lot of politics going around. Leaders are using intimidation tactics threaten other workers not to talk to other workers about wrong doing in the building. leaders are not here for the people they are here for their pocket.

overnight shift and 40% is something that they should give across the board as the base pay not just for overnight shift if they want committed workers they need to have a great pay rate not just incentive there are other companies that are paying just as well without having extra incenti

Yes I feel undervalued black opportunities leaders want you to stay in the position they they're comfortable with you doing or a position that you produce a lot and they don't want to lose their production so they hold you back I need to get paid more per hour less restriction more open communicatio
