What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Were two years in still having supply equipment/supply issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all help each other get through the day with each other's work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing adequate staffing for all operations, go back to FIFO orders, more focus on our smaller customers. We need large KM's (1300-2600) were losing our customers to competitors that are building big units.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop hiring VP's and hire more people that matter to the daily operation of the company. Providing better on time availability of service parts (IE Evaporators) and equipment to us at the DC. Our customers are tired of us lying to them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems the company has one focus national accounts and NexGen. This is not what made Hoshizaki, it was its loyalty to the smaller customer bases. All of those customers have been tossed to the wayside. To make way for large batch orders that we can't fill either. We need to go back to FIFO orders.
